Finally, we came up with some tips that would help us stay healthier and happier.

We began by looking at all the food we eat. We discovered that some foods are not good for us and others are better. For example, we know that sugar is very unhealthy because it causes weight gain. But fruits and vegetables are good because they provide vitamins and minerals essential to our bodies.

Next, we will be looking at exercise. Exercise improves the strength and energy of our bodies. It makes us feel happy. There are many types of exercise that we can do. There are many exercises that you can do, including running, swimming or dancing. You can also lift weights and play sports. Another way to increase our strength is through yoga. Yoga can be a great exercise as it increases flexibility, improves breathing and is an excellent way to increase strength. Avoid junk food and drink plenty water if you want to lose weight.
