Next we considered exercise. Exercise improves the strength and energy of our bodies. It makes us feel happy. There are many exercises you can do. Some examples include walking, running, swimming, dancing, playing sports, and lifting weights. Yoga is another option to increase strength. Yoga is a great workout because it increases flexibility and improves breathing. You should not eat too many junk foods and drink lots water if you are looking to lose weight.

Let's talk about sleep. Sleep is one the most important things we do each day. Lack of sleep can lead to fatigue and stress. This leads to problems such as headaches, back pain, depression, heart disease, diabetes, and obesity. We must get enough sleep if we are to remain healthy.
