Next we considered exercise. Exercise helps our bodies get stronger and gives them energy. Exercise also makes us happier. There are many exercises you can do. There are many exercises that you can do, including running, swimming or dancing. You can also lift weights and play sports. Another way to increase our strength is through yoga. Yoga is a great workout because it increases flexibility and improves breathing. If we want to lose weight, we should avoid eating too much junk food and drink plenty of water.
